Please take a moment to read this short interview as it answers a lot of common questions about working with me to build your business. 

Ileana, who are you and how did you get to be the Premier Marketing and Business Coach for Six-Figure Income expert? 

From the very beginning of my sales and entrepreneurial career, I’ve always focused on one thing, first and foremost: marketing. Because marketing is what makes it all work.  So I’ve always invested a lot of money and time into learning what works and what doesn’t.  Then I’d turn right around and create systems from what I learned so I never had to look very far for clients. 

Over the past 20+  years, I’ve built and helped others build several successful businesses and consistently earned top awards in sales.  The secret to my success?  Creating those systems to bring me an abundance of ideal, high-paying clients and buyers.  

There are lots of marketing coaches and consultants out there.  What makes you different? 

Quite simply, most business and marketing coaches and consultants don’t have the record-breaking sales track record that I do.  I’ve built thriving businesses from zero – not once, but over and over again.   Very few marketing coaches and consultants have done that. 

Very few business and marketing coaches and consultants have worked with their clients in over 21 industries.  This means I’ve been able to see what works across the board year in and year out. You will never have to worry about copying people in your own industry, I will help you become your own unique and premier entrepreneur!

No matter what industry you’re in, when you’re an entrepreneur, you’re in the business of… marketing and sales!  No marketing means no sales, and so sales means no income – it’s as simple as that.  But most entrepreneurs never master this all-important piece.  For entrepreneurs it’s even harder, because we’re so afraid of being too pushy or sales-y.  

Who are your clients? 

I work with people just like you in service –based businesses and other solo entrepreneurs  who are really good at what they do; however, have never been taught exactly how to market, sell, attract clients or set up systems so they always attract clients and growing their business. . That said, the professions I’ve worked with run the whole gamut. 

My clients are ambitious entrepreneurs with service-based businesses who want a simple, step-by-step system to create a profitable business quickly, from a mentor with a proven track record of doing just that.

We can work together in 3 different ways… 

1. If you’d like to work with me personally but aren’t yet ready for one-on-one mentoring, or if you just enjoy working in the company of like-minded entrepreneurs,  my group coaching programs, workshops and teleseminars are right for you.  I also offer workshops and teleseminars on special topics in small business marketing.  You’ll find my current offerings on the Coaching page.
2. If you want my personal guidance, my Platinum one-on-one mentoring is for you.  Working one-on-one is the best choice for the entrepreneur who wants to achieve phenomenal success as quickly as possible (and avoid the wasted time and mistakes that all-too-often come with going it alone).
3. I offer a special Platinum Elite One Day Intensive.  This is perfect you who are serious about moving FAST in your business and want to take care of all the planning and changes in ONE day!  It’s designed for people who need complete systems in their business or a complete strategy or action plan to take their business online and to a whole new level.  We meet one-on-one in a luxury hotel, roll up our sleeves and dive in!  You will be treated to a gourmet lunch!  (This Platinum Elite One Day Intensive can also be done over the phone instead if travel is not an option.)

 Who do you work with one-on-one? 

I work with high-achieving ambitious entrepreneurs who want more IDEAL clients,  better clients and breakthrough their 6-figure and high 6-figure income.  

These entrepreneurs are looking for more in life than “just getting by” – they appreciate the finer things in life and want to create a business that gives them the time, income and freedom to enjoy them!  They want to create phenomenal abundance and success in their business (instead of just getting by), and they want to achieve this by working smarter, not harder. They want to STOP trading dollars for hours and create a ‘money multiplier’ type of business.

Yes!  Like most coaches and consultants, much of my work is done virtually, from my home office.  It just takes working out some time zones and we can connect via phone.  I love connecting with my clients by phone.  The virtual connections are amazing and highly focused.

What if I’m just starting out in my business? 

You are at a perfect place and have an incredible opportunity right in front of you!  By working with an experienced mentor, you’ll eliminate costly mistakes, can cut your learning curve in half while creating  the success you want in your business much faster than you would spending so much time trying to figure it all out on your own.  

(PS: Every time I have entered a new industry, I’ve invested in myself by hiring a personal mentor – sometimes more than one.  It’s truly one of the secrets to my success.) 

Who do you NOT work with? 

(Note: It’s important for you to know I’m very selective in who I work with, and choose to gently and respectfully turn away entrepreneurs who are not a fit for my programs.  I am very serious about helping my clients achieve the results that they want, and it’s simply not fair to say yes to someone who is not likely to achieve those results.) 

I don’t work with people who have no money coming in and are feeling so much financial stress that they can’t take the action they need to attract and keep high-end clients.  If you’re in that situation, be kind to yourself! It’s a situation that many, many successful people have had to face at one point or another.

How quickly will I see results? 

Great question because this entirely depends on YOU!  If you’re a high-achieving, ambitious, and decisive entrepreneur who does what it takes (like all of  my clients), you can expect to see your first results quickly – within a month or two. 

If you are looking for “quick fixes” you will find my programs do not fit the bill.  And you will not get the results you’re looking for overnight, or without doing any work!  Setting up systems to attract high-paying clients takes time.  While you will quickly begin to see the fruits of your decisive action (in the form of new clients, income and referrals), you can expect to take at least 6 months to put an entire system in place. 

The best news of all?  Once you get your systems are set up, it will take a lot LESS effort on your part to keep the momentum going! 

Will I recover the investment of your products, programs and coaching? 

The answer is YES…. only  if you implement what I teach you.  No matter which program you choose, if you implement the steps and strategies I share with you, you can expect to recover your investment many times over. 

REMEMBER the one thing about marketing your business is that it is an investment of time as well as money.  There’s simply no way around this fact – the “magic pill” doesn’t exist.
